Responsible use & security

Prospecta is intended for legitimate B2B sales, marketing, and recruiting use by approved business accounts. Every account is reviewed before activation, and access can be paused or suspended if these commitments aren't met.

What the platform does

• Every account is manually reviewed and approved before it can search or reveal data.
• Do-not-contact preferences and local suppression rules are applied by default.
• Reveals are logged with the account and user responsible.
• Data is provided for permitted business use only, and may be incomplete or outdated — we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

What isn't permitted

• Automated bulk downloading, scraping, or circumventing platform controls.
• Using revealed data for consumer credit, insurance, housing, employment, or government-eligibility decisions.
• Spam, robocalling, harassment, phishing, or fraudulent contact.
• Reselling, redistributing, or republishing data outside your organization's permitted use.
• Sharing your login credentials with anyone outside your approved account.

Security controls

• Encrypted storage of revealed contact details.
• Mandatory multi-factor authentication for platform administrators.
• Full audit trail for account, credit, and administrative actions.
• Signed, time-limited export links rather than public file URLs.
